Spoiler
vyvolat pochyby o tom, zda hráčské postavy jsou lidé či androidi

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
You are approaching the station slowly in your ship. You are scaning the area. You can see on sensors of your ship, there there are two contructions floating in the space.
Smaller one is former thruster that has separated from the main station some time ago. There is some greeting signal recieved on a com-link from this structure and it looks, that the thrust chamber nosle is retrofited to function as landing platform.
Bigger structure is gargantuan and it is target of your exploration. The space station called The Deep. There is one known entry to you, a Visitor's dock at the most upper floor.
ChatGPT:
The party gathers in the ship's cockpit, reviewing the sensor data.
Dr. Elara Voss: "Interesting. A greeting signal from the thruster? That’s odd, considering it’s detached from the main station. It could be an automated beacon or—"
Quinn "Ghost" Nyx: "Or a trap. Doesn’t sit right with me. I’d vote for heading straight to the Visitor’s Dock. It’s the known entry point, and we’re here for The Deep, not some retrofitted thruster."
Tessa 'Wires' Zane: "But if someone—or something—repurposed that thruster as a landing pad, it might be worth checking out. Could give us some intel or supplies before diving into the main station."
Cyrus 'Tank' Alaric: "I’m good with either, but if we go to the thruster and something jumps out, I’m cracking heads first, asking questions second."
Arlen Kade: "Let’s not dismiss the thruster too quickly. It’s a smaller, more contained area—easier to scout. We might even find something that helps us get into The Deep."
Decision:
After deliberation, the team decides to dock at the thruster first. The potential for gaining extra information or resources outweighs the risks of a detour. Once they’ve secured the thruster, they’ll proceed to The Deep via the Visitor’s Dock.
Action:
The ship adjusts its trajectory toward the thruster. Ghost dons their hardsuit and prepares for potential EVA operations, while Dr. Voss begins monitoring the greeting signal for any additional data. Wires readies the ship’s docking systems for a smooth landing.
“Let’s see what this place has to say,” Kade says with a grin, readying his tranq gun.

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
The ship slowly enters the THRUST CHAMBER NOZZLE. It is huge so the whole ships fits inside. There are scratches and tags on the all sides. Hooks and steel ropes are welded to surrounding walls so any ship can dock eventhough the docking will be improvised.
There is a former blast door retrifitted into an airlock and it is opening. There is a character in vacc-suit floating inside and waving his hand. At the same time the door is opening, Dr. Voss notices that the greeting signal has stopped beeing recived.
The character starts moving forward and he is slowly developing docking umbilical - a human sized flexible tube, that can be attached to your ship's entry door and pressurised. He clearly wants to connect your ship to the airlock, so you can enter.
What does the party do?
ChatCPT:
The crew gathers near the ship's entry door, observing the figure through external cameras.
Dr. Elara Voss: "The greeting signal stopped as soon as the airlock opened. That’s... unsettling. Could mean they’re controlling it manually, but it could also mean we tripped something just by being here."
Quinn "Ghost" Nyx: "Could be a trap. Someone lures ships in, shuts off comms, and then... who knows? I don’t trust it."
Tessa 'Wires' Zane: "Or maybe it’s just a makeshift operation. Someone surviving out here needs visitors to dock for supplies or trade. Let’s not jump to conclusions."
Cyrus 'Tank' Alaric: "Either way, we’re not sitting ducks. If this guy tries anything, I’ll handle it." [He hefts his stun baton.]
Arlen Kade: "Let me talk to him. Friendly rogue, charming smile—it’s worked before. We’ll play nice until we know more."
Decision and Action:
Dr. Voss begins running additional scans on the character and the umbilical to detect any abnormalities—such as hidden weapons, tampering, or unusual tech signals.
Ghost positions themself in a shadowed part of the ship’s corridor, rifle slung over their shoulder, keeping a watchful eye on the proceedings through the ship’s cameras.
Tank waits near the airlock, ready to intervene if anything hostile happens during the docking.
Wires prepares to disengage the docking umbilical and pull the ship out of the nozzle at a moment’s notice if the situation turns bad.
Kade will approach the ship’s door and communicate through the external speaker.
Kade speaks through the comms:
"Hey there! You’ve got our attention. Mind telling us who you are and what this setup is all about before we roll out the red carpet?"
The party stays on high alert, but they aim to approach the situation diplomatically first.

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
Dr. Voss do not find any weapon on the scanner, eventhough the thrusters of the vac suit could be used as improvised weapon if neccesary.
Figure in vac suit slowly approaches your ship's entrance and attaches the docking umbilicals. He waits until it gets pressurised, then removes his helmet.
Kade see through the camera a face of a middle aged man. He replies in a gruff, drowsy voice with strong Russian accent: "Welcome to the Bell. Let me introduce myself. I am Arcady and I am running this piece of trash as a base station for the divers." Diver is a slang for someone who is exploring old space stations like your party do. Arcady continues: "No worries, I used to be diver too. But ... I prefer different bussines now. Helping other, selling and buing stuff... Don't hesitate and come to see my station. It is safe, don't worry."
He makes a grin that probably should be a welcoming smile.
What does the party do?
ChatGPT:
The party huddles to quickly deliberate, keeping their voices low.
Dr. Elara Voss: "He seems unarmed, and his setup aligns with what we might expect from a diver-turned-merchant. But let’s not forget, his grin isn’t exactly confidence-inspiring."
Quinn 'Ghost' Nyx: "‘Safe, don’t worry’? That’s exactly what someone would say if it wasn’t safe. I say we send a small group to scout while the rest of us stay on the ship, ready to extract them if things go sideways."
Tessa 'Wires' Zane: "I’m with Ghost. A base for divers could mean useful supplies or intel. But we don’t need everyone stepping out right away."
Cyrus 'Tank' Alaric: "Let me go in first. If this Arcady guy tries anything funny, I’ll make sure he regrets it."
Arlen Kade: "Relax, big guy. Let me handle the talking. If he’s an opportunist, we might get a good deal. If he’s trouble, well... I’ve charmed my way out of worse."
Plan:
Kade and Tank will disembark first, with Kade taking the lead in conversation. Tank will play the role of silent muscle, observing and ready to act if Arcady becomes hostile.
Dr. Voss and Wires will stay aboard the ship to monitor the situation. Voss will watch Arcady’s vitals and surroundings using external sensors, while Wires keeps the ship ready for a quick disengagement.
Ghost will position themselves near the airlock on the ship, staying in the shadows and monitoring the umbilical and Arcady’s station entrance for potential ambushes or traps.
Action:
Kade and Tank step into the docking umbilical, maintaining casual but cautious demeanors.
Kade: "Alright, Arcady. We’ll take you up on your hospitality—for now. Lead the way, and let’s see what your station has to offer."
Tank stays close behind, towering and intimidating, his hand near his stun baton.
Back on the ship, Ghost whispers over comms: "Stay sharp, everyone. If this guy’s bluffing, I’ll catch it."

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
Kade and Tank open the ship airlock and slowly floats into docking umbilical. Arcady again makes his grin a greets them.
"Not so many divers come here since the blockade started," he states. Kade knows what he is talking about. Visiting of The Deep is prohibited and galactic Marines are guarding the perimeter. But you have managed to bypas the blockade ships.
"I can offer you some equipment, if you need. I don't mind, if you don't have any credits, as long as you bring me logic cores from androids from the deep. There is an evil supecomputer called Monarch that took over The Deep some time ago. Since then it has become a dangerous place crawled with androids. So I help people to get in, kill some andriods, bring out their cores. I would help them even more if they were capable of destroying Monarch but I don't know how to do it or where is he hiding."
While listening to Arcady, Kade and Tank made their way through umbilical and passed the airlock into the former shuttle called THE ARCHEON. It used to be small spaceship but now it has become integral part of the Bell.
There is one internal Airlock leading to next room, labeled LOST AND FOUND. "That is my shop," Arcady explains.
Kade and Tank also can see one air vent that is surrounded by cluster of floating LED candles. Arcady notes: "That's Noriko's chapel, and my bunk is there," he waves his hand to another pipe opening to the room, big enough for human to crawl through.
ChatGPT:
Kade takes in the surroundings, his expression neutral but his eyes keenly observing every detail. Tank stands silently beside him, arms crossed, projecting an air of quiet menace.
Kade: "Nice setup, Arcady. A shop, a chapel, and a bunk—cozy. You’re resourceful, I’ll give you that. We’ll definitely keep those logic cores in mind if we run into Monarch’s androids. But for now, let’s see what you’ve got in the shop. Always good to be prepared before heading into a deathtrap, right?"
Tank: "I’m more interested in what kind of gear you’ve got to help us crack androids open. Got anything heavy-duty?"
Actions:
Check Out the Shop:
Kade and Tank move toward the airlock labeled LOST AND FOUND to see what Arcady has available for trade. They’ll assess whether anything could give the team an edge against Monarch’s forces or enhance their current capabilities.
Gather Intel:
As they browse, Kade plans to press Arcady subtly for more details about Monarch, the androids, and the layout of The Deep. Any tidbit of information might prove crucial.
Observe Noriko’s Chapel:
Tank will keep one eye on the LED-lit vent leading to the chapel. The candles suggest some sort of reverence or ritual—something worth noting. He’ll quietly gesture to Kade to see if they want to ask about it now or later.
Evaluate Exit Routes:
Both Kade and Tank will remain mindful of potential threats and escape paths. They’ll note the vent leading to Arcady’s bunk and mentally map the airlock and umbilical for a quick retreat if needed.
Kade (to Arcady): "Got a good pitch going here, but you’ve been around the block. Any advice for first-timers in The Deep? Places to avoid, or maybe where you’d start looking if you were planning to take down Monarch?"
Tank stands nearby, scanning the room with a practiced eye, ready to catch anything suspicious Arcady might let slip.

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
Arcady first answers Kade's question.
Házím na tabulku drbů, padlo "3.4? Look for cages on 3.1 It's the only way."
"The floors of the Deep are labeled with numbers. Floor 1 is safest area and good start for inexperienced crew like yours. The floors are connected with elevators, but not all floors are connected with all elevators. Floor 3 is special - it is quite large and has a lot of subsections. There is 3.1 in the middle and 3.2 to 3.7 around. Sometimes the connection between sections is hard to find, for example I know that to get from 3.1 to 3.4 you have to go through a maze of cages. But don't ask me how I know it, its too complicated."
Meanwhile all three of you float through the small airlock to a LOST AND FOUND shop. It is a small room with shelves all around. There are vacsuits, ammo, couple of SMGs. The price in credits is high, ten times the normal prices on the black market. But as Kade points that out and mentiones that the party is broke and can't aford them, Arcady reminds her that he will provide weapons or ammunition in exchange for a logical cores of the androids.
Tank sees that there is only one bigger gun available, a shotgun. Also to expensive to buy now. He also notices that there are no EMP grenades or cybernetic diagnostic scanners for sale.
There is one other airwent leading out from the room, covered with an preasure seal.
What does Kade and Tank do next?
ChatGPT:
Kade floats near the shelves, inspecting the goods while processing Arcady’s information. His tone remains casual, but he’s already mentally filing the details about the station’s layout. Tank, meanwhile, stays near the shotgun, arms crossed, clearly unimpressed with the steep prices but taking note of the lack of EMP grenades or scanners.
Kade: "Quite the collection you’ve got here, Arcady. Floor 1 sounds like a good warm-up for us. Appreciate the tip about the cage maze, too—it’ll save us some headaches later."
He gestures toward the shotgun. "Shame we’re broke right now, but this beauty’s got our name on it as soon as we bring back some cores. Got any other advice for dealing with those androids? Weak spots? Behavior patterns? Anything that could give us an edge?"
Tank leans slightly toward the sealed air vent, inspecting its construction without drawing too much attention. His curiosity is piqued:
Why is it sealed?
Is it another part of the station Arcady isn’t talking about?
Could it lead to something useful—or dangerous?
Tank (gruffly): "You keep this place secure, Arcady? Sealed vents make me think there’s something crawling around you don’t want getting out—or in."
Actions:
Kade’s Diplomacy: Kade continues chatting with Arcady, trying to learn more about the androids, their capabilities, and any tricks Arcady might know for taking them down. He also subtly probes for information about the sealed air vent.
Tank’s Observation: Tank carefully examines the sealed vent, looking for signs of tampering, wear, or anything unusual. He stays ready in case Arcady reacts poorly to the questions.
Party Communication: Kade activates his commlink to quietly update Dr. Voss, Wires, and Ghost about the shop inventory, the shotgun, and the sealed vent. If the rest of the party has questions or concerns, they can relay them to Kade.
The team remains cautious, aware that Arcady could be hiding more than he’s letting on.

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
Kade keeps talking with Arcady about Androids. He explains that they can be easily disabled using EMP weapons, unfortunately they are sold out now. While talking, Kade notices that on his dress, partialy covered by vacsuit, there is a patch with text: "Cloudbank synthetic production facility certified human".
Tank examines the sealed vent but Arcady stops him: "I wouldn't tamper with that. There is an old vent to the THRUST CHAMBER NOZZLE behind this seal and no airlock. It's kind of emergency exit for me but I have not yet had the urge to use it. You rather leave it alone so we don't get suck out of the station."
What does the party do next?
ChatGPT:
Kade notes the patch on Arcady’s suit and mentally files it away. The mention of "Cloudbank synthetic production facility" piques his curiosity, but he doesn’t press just yet. Instead, he focuses on the conversation at hand.
---
Kade: "Good to know about the androids and the EMPs. Shame you’re sold out—we’d have grabbed a couple in a heartbeat. As for that vent seal, no worries, we’re not looking to cause trouble. Just doing our due diligence, you understand."
He pauses and gestures toward the patch on Arcady’s suit. "That’s an interesting patch you’ve got there. Certified human? You don’t strike me as the type to keep company with synthetics. What’s the story there?"
Tank, satisfied with Arcady’s explanation about the sealed vent, steps back but remains close by, his eyes sweeping the room. He chimes in with a more practical angle:
Tank: "We’ve got what we need for now, but we’ll be back with cores. What’s the exchange rate—one core per item, or is there a tiered system?"
---
Actions:
1. Kade’s Inquiry: Kade subtly probes Arcady about the patch, curious if it’s connected to his past as a diver or his dealings with Monarch and the androids. He’s careful not to appear accusatory.
2. Tank’s Bartering: Tank gathers specifics about the exchange system for logic cores to better plan the team’s scavenging priorities.
3. Team Update: Kade quietly updates the rest of the team via comms about the vent, the shop inventory, and Arcady’s explanation regarding the androids and their EMP vulnerability.
The party plans to conclude their visit soon and regroup on the ship to strategize their first foray into The Deep.

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
"It simply reminds me of being human," Arcady answers Kade's question. "When diving to the Deep, it's easy to start doubting."
"Regarding the prices, your guess was correct. The exchange rate is one core per item. The only exception is more unique pieces like the shotgun. That cost's two cores. If there is nothing more I can do for you good luck in your diving."
The Arcady excorts Kade and Tank through the umbilical back to their ship. Than attaches his helmet, makes last goodbye wave with his hand and retract the docking umbilical. "Don't be afraid to come back when you have some cores," is the last message from him recieved in the comling.
What does the party do next?
ChatGPT:
Back aboard the ship, the party regroups in the common area to discuss their next steps.
---
Dr. Elara Voss: "Arcady seems straightforward enough, but that patch about ‘certified human’ is curious. It could mean he’s had close encounters with Monarch’s influence. Or maybe he’s just superstitious."
Quinn "Ghost" Nyx: "Doesn’t matter right now. We’ve got our priorities: gear up, get cores, and figure out how to survive Monarch’s playground. Floor 1 sounds like a good starting point to get our bearings."
Tessa 'Wires' Zane: "Agreed. If these androids are vulnerable to EMPs, we’ll need to make every core count. Once we have a few, we can loop back to Arcady and stock up before moving deeper."
Cyrus 'Tank' Alaric: "And we’ll grab that shotgun while we’re at it. Might come in handy if things get messy."
Arlen Kade: "Right. Let’s not waste time. First stop, Floor 1. Keep your eyes peeled and your guard up—we don’t know how active Monarch’s forces are on the upper levels."
---
Plan of Action:
1. Set Course for The Deep: The team prepares the ship to approach The Deep and dock at the Visitor’s Dock on Floor 1.
2. Loadout Check: Everyone double-checks their equipment:
Dr. Voss: Pistol, med scanner
Ghost: Hardsuit, rifle
Tank: Stun baton, vest
Wires: Grenades, repair tools
Kade: Tranq gun, jetpack
3. Scout the Entry: Once docked, Ghost will scout ahead to ensure the immediate area is clear.
4. Prioritize Cores: The team will focus on disabling androids efficiently to maximize core collection and plan a safe return to Arcady’s shop.
---
Action:
The ship disengages from the THRUST CHAMBER NOZZLE and makes its way toward The Deep’s Visitor’s Dock. The crew braces for their first encounter with Monarch’s domain.

The ship slowly approaches The Deep. There is no other ship docked at the dock. Huge claw-grip of the docking arm is reaching to the empty space and automaticaly docks the ship.
Umbilical of rigit flesh-tone plastics covered with diver graffiti than attach to the ship exit on it's one side. The other is connected to a closed airlock.
There is a dim light to be seen through the glass of the airlock.
Ghost checks the umbilical for air preassure first. It has pressurised. He opens ship airlock and carefuly floats through the umbilical to station's airlock. That does not open.
"It is disabled," he informs his team mates, "but there is a hand-crank."
What does the party do next?
ChatGPT:
The party gathers at the airlock as Ghost relays the situation. They assess their options carefully.
---
Dr. Elara Voss: "A disabled airlock? Could be routine wear, but we can’t rule out sabotage or a trap. If you use the crank, proceed slowly—someone might have disabled it for a reason."
Quinn "Ghost" Nyx: "Noted. I’ll check for any signs of tampering before opening it. If it’s clear, I’ll crank it open slowly and stay alert."
Tessa 'Wires' Zane: "I’ll back you up. If it’s a mechanical failure, I might be able to jury-rig something to keep it operational for our return trip."
Cyrus 'Tank' Alaric: "I’ll stay close to Ghost. If anything comes out swinging, I’ll put it down fast."
Arlen Kade: "And I’ll keep an eye on the rear. Let’s not assume we’re the only ones interested in this station today."
---
Actions:
1. Ghost’s Inspection:
Ghost carefully examines the hand crank and surrounding mechanisms for signs of tampering, traps, or damage.
2. Wires Prepares for Repairs:
Wires floats nearby, ready with her repair tools to assist if needed. If the airlock can’t be cranked open manually, she’ll attempt to fix it.
3. Tank on Guard:
Tank positions himself near Ghost, ready to intervene if anything dangerous is triggered when the airlock opens.
4. Dr. Voss and Kade Maintain Awareness:
Voss monitors environmental readings, while Kade keeps watch on the umbilical, ensuring no surprises come from behind.
---
Ghost: "Alright, I’m starting the crank. Everyone stay sharp."
He begins turning the hand crank slowly and deliberately, bracing for what lies beyond the airlock.

The hand-crank is hard to manipulate and eventhough Ghost and Wires work hard, it will take time to open it fully.
Follow-up question:

ChatGPT:
The team decides to open the airlock partially, just enough for them to squeeze inside one by one. They prioritize saving time while maintaining caution.

Ghost squeezes through partialy opened airlock, followed by Wires and Tank.
Behind air lock, there is a dim lit corridor and a stairwell winding down to another pressure door. As slowly floating through the starwell, party members suddenly feel that they are softly dragged down by artificial gravitation. On the botom of the stairs the gravitation is strong enough, allowing Wires, Tank and Ghost to stand and walk.
Behind the door, there is a RECEPTION.
It is a wide open space. On the floor there is filthy, once-luxurious carpet, scattered by bullet castings.
Reception desk is riddled with bullet holes, the reception terminal si broken.
A corpse is hanging from the rafters, hung by an electrical extension cord.
There is a big grafity stating "One way out" behind desk and the corpse.

Wires: "I’ll check the terminal, even if it’s busted. Might be able to pull something useful out of it."
Tank: "I’ll keep watch. If there’s bullet casings, there might still be someone armed nearby."
---
Actions:
1. Ghost scans the area for immediate threats or signs of movement.
2. Wires inspects the broken reception terminal, using her repair tools to see if it can be temporarily powered or salvaged for information.
3. Tank examines the corpse, looking for clues about its identity, how long it’s been dead, or anything unusual.
4. Dr. Voss and Kade (via comms): They remain on standby in the ship but request updates on the situation.
The team remains wary, treating the area as a potential ambush zone.

Tank hodil 6 na medicine.
Tank inspect the body. The neck is strangled by the cord but no signs of suffocation. Than he notices small hole on back of his head. It's round and has a connector inside. Something is clearly missing - a logical core. That body is an android body, despite it's realistic human look. But it is not possible to determine time of death as android body probably does not decompose at the same rate as human would do.
Wires hodila 1 na Electronics.
Wires tries to repair the terminal with reapir tools, but an electrical discarge hits her, burning her hand and damaging the terminal beyond repair.
*Wires has a minor wound, burned hand, hindering her when precise motorics is needed.*
Ghost scans the area. There is one ordinary door leading to concrete stairs to SECURITY CHECKPOINT ALPHA. A lot of bullet castings on the ground reveals that there was a heavy fighting on the stairs. There is other, pressurised door, opening to a small corridor. There is another pressurised door to UPPER LIFT and three more ordinary doors. One leads to CAFETERIA, other two to MEETING ROOM A and MEETING ROOM B.
What does the party do next?

The team regroups and discusses their options, factoring in Wires' injury and the eerie discovery of the android body.

Wires: "No kidding. And this terminal’s toast. That discharge hit me hard." [She flexes her burned hand with a wince.] "I’ll manage, but don’t expect any delicate work from me for now."
Tank: "Heavy fighting on those stairs to the SECURITY CHECKPOINT. If Monarch’s forces are active, that might be their turf."
Ghost: "Agreed. The lift might take us deeper, but we don’t know what’s waiting on the other side. The CAFETERIA or MEETING ROOMS could have supplies or intel—and probably fewer immediate threats."
Wires: "Let’s sweep the nearby rooms first. If there’s anything useful, we’ll find it before moving toward the checkpoint or the lift."

Re: [AI] ChatGPT jde hrát Gradient Descent
GM:
Tank opens the door to CAFETERIA.
The CAFETERIA is empty save for wrappers and broken equipment strewn between barricades of steel tables and chairs.
The light flickers here.
Big vinyl banner over one wall reads: "Over 50 billion synthetics sold!! You made it happen!"
There are two doors leading to the KITCHEN and one door leading to SECURITY CHECKPOINT BRAVO.

Wires: "I can check the burners. If they’re still functional, we might be able to use them later. But someone’s clearly been here before us—this isn’t random."
---
Actions:
1. Ghost scans the prep table using his helmet sensors to check for hidden traps, pressure plates, or tampering with the cans, cigarettes, or magazines.
2. Wires inspects the burners, assessing whether they’re in working order and noting anything unusual.
3. Tank stands guard, watching for threats entering the KITCHEN from the CAFETERIA or other doors.
If the items on the table are safe, the party will collect them and discuss the significance of the golden rat statue.
GM:
Followup question. Will party collect even the golden rat statue or just the other items?
ChatGPT:
The party decides to collect only the food, ammo, and cigarette, leaving the golden rat statue untouched for now. They suspect it might hold symbolic or trap-related significance and choose not to risk disturbing it unnecessarily.
The KITCHEN look almost completely ransacked, apart the prep table at center. That holds a small statue of golden rat. Around the rat, there are three cans of food, 1 cigarette and 2 magazines of ammo.
The steel shelves are empty, but the burners seem to be serviceable. Lights are dim.
What does the party do next?
ChatGPT
The team carefully enters the KITCHEN and examines the strange arrangement on the prep table.
